Well… here we are — our very first blog post.
To be honest, we’re not pros at this. We’re just a big family with a big idea, trying to turn something we love into something real. So we thought it was about time we shared a wee bit about who we are and how Rebel Country came to life.
Rebel Country is a proper family-run business, built from scratch with a lot of heart, plenty of late nights, and a whole lot of help from the kids. What started as a few wild ideas around the kitchen table has grown into something we’re really proud of.
We’re massive country music fans, and we wanted to mix that love of country with our Scottish roots — creating a brand that feels a bit gritty, a bit cheeky, and full of heart. That’s where Rebel Country was born.
But that’s not all. We’ve also got another brand on the way — Tartan Redneck — and this one’s going to be proper redneck: bold, loud, daring, and definitely not shy. So if Rebel Country is our wild heart, Tartan Redneck is the wild cousin that turns up to the party with a big grin and a bigger attitude. 😄
We’ve got loads of new products coming, including:
- Hoodies that are built for comfort and style
- Polos for that clean country look
- All-over print designs for something a bit different
- Kids’ clothing — because little rebels deserve their own gear too
- And of course… trucker hats (because we all love a good trucker hat with a proper patch on the front 👊).
We’ve been planning this for months, and now here we are — orders are coming in, and the feedback has been absolutely phenomenal. We’re honestly blown away by how much everyone loves the designs already, and trust us — there’s a lot more to come.
We’ve also been learning how to do all the website stuff, trying to figure out advertising, and getting our heads around everything that goes on behind the scenes. We never realised just how hard all this would be… but we’re doing it honestly, step by step, and giving it everything we’ve got.
We’re not a big company with a fancy team. It’s just us — a family who loves country music, good hats, strong coffee, and building something real.
