🕒 Support Hours

We aim to reply within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Weekends we’re probably out raising a little country hell, but we’ll be back on it come Monday.

Rebel Country HQ is based in Scotland. We may be across the pond from Nashville, but we bring the same spirit of freedom, grit, and good times.


Returns Policy



We want y’all to be strutting around in Rebel Country gear you’re proud of. Since every tee, hat, and hoodie is custom-made just for you, we can’t take returns if you simply change your mind or grab the wrong size. So double-check that sizing chart before you saddle up!



✅ When We’ll Fix It



We’ll always sort you out if:


  • Your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • You get the wrong item
  • Something goes sideways in production or shipping




🔄 Exchanges



We don’t do cowboy-style swaps (exchanges) because everything’s printed to order. But if there’s a problem, we’ll replace it faster than you can say “Yeehaw.”



💰 Refunds



If we can’t replace it, we’ll refund it straight back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. No fuss, no bull.

2. Include your order number and a few photos of the issue.

3. Kick back — we’ll handle the rest and make it right.

 


Rebel Country Giveaway Terms & Conditions



  1. Eligibility:
    Open to UK residents only. No purchase necessary.
    All ages are welcome to enter. (If a winner is under 16, consent may be required from a parent or guardian before claiming the prize.)
  2. How to Enter:
    Entry details will be stated in each giveaway post (for example: like, comment, share, or follow instructions). Only entries that meet all stated requirements will be valid.
    Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts or entries may result in disqualification.
  3. Giveaway Period:
    Each giveaway will run for the duration stated in the post. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
  4. Prize:
    The prize will be described in the giveaway post. No cash or alternative prize is available. Rebel Country reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification:
    Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries after the closing date.
    Winners will be contacted via private message on the platform used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
    If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, Rebel Country reserves the right to select another winner or withdraw the prize.
  6. Prize Delivery:
    Prizes will be sent to the winner’s provided UK address. Rebel Country is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services once dispatched.
  7. Publicity:
    By entering, participants agree that Rebel Country may use their name and/or social media handle in winner announcements or promotional content related to the giveaway.
  8. Fair Play:
    Rebel Country reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating, using multiple accounts, spamming, or otherwise violating the spirit of the competition.
  9. Platform Disclaimer:
    Entrants must have an active Facebook or Instagram account and comply with the platform’s terms of service.
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
  10. Data Protection:
    Personal information provided will be used only for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  11. Amendments:
    Rebel Country reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway and these terms if necessary, without prior notice.
  12. Legal Jurisdiction:
    These terms and conditions are governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
  13. Acceptance:
